Day 1Arrival in Hanoi – City Highlights Tour (Private Transfer)

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s captivating capital, where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with French colonial charm. On arrival at the airport, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel.

In the afternoon, begin your city exploration with a visit to historic Ba Dinh Square and an outside view of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Continue to the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and honored as Vietnam’s first university. Later, head to Hanoi Old Town to visit the King Ly Thai To Statue and the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake. Stroll through the famous 36 ancient merchant streets, experiencing vibrant local life and shopping. Pause for a coffee at the iconic Hanoi Train Street, a truly unique experience.
End the day with the traditional Water Puppet Show, a fascinating northern Vietnamese folk art.

Day 2Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Day Cruise – Hanoi (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC)

After breakfast, depart for Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh Province (approx. 160 km). Upon arrival, board a cruise to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Enjoy lunch on board while sailing through emerald waters surrounded by dramatic limestone karsts. In the afternoon, explore caves, enjoy swimming, and relax as you admire the stunning scenery and sunset views (program subject to weather and cruise conditions).
After the cruise, return to Hanoi.

Day 3Hanoi – Flight to Da Nang – Cam Thanh Village – Hoi An Town (Breakfast) (Private Transfer)

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang.
On arrival, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Cam Thanh Village and enjoy a fun basket boat ride through coconut-lined waterways. Later, proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town for a guided walking tour. After breakfast, transfer to VinWonders Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s largest theme park. Enjoy thrilling rides, adventure zones, water park fun, and visit Vinpearl Aquarium – The Neptune Palace.

Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
