Day 1Hanoi Arrival – City Highlights Tour (Private Transfer)

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s charming capital where timeless traditions blend beautifully with French colonial elegance. On arrival, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel and relax until check-in at 02:00 PM.

In the afternoon, begin your city exploration with a visit to historic Ba Dinh Square and an outside view of the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Continue to the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and celebrated as Vietnam’s first university. Later, head to the lively Hanoi Old Quarter, visiting the King Ly Thai To Statue and serene Hoan Kiem Lake. Stroll through the famous 36 ancient merchant streets, soaking in local life and vibrant shopping scenes.
End the day with a delightful Water Puppet Show, a traditional Vietnamese art form brought to life with music and storytelling.

Day 2Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC)

After breakfast, depart for Ninh Binh, located about 90 km from Hanoi and often referred to as “Halong Bay on land.” Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and explore the historic temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasties.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, embark on a peaceful boat ride in Tam Coc, gliding past dramatic limestone karsts, lush rice fields, and mysterious caves. Later, visit Mua Cave, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Return to Hanoi by late afternoon.

Day 3Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Day Cruise Experience (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC)

After breakfast, transfer to Ha Long International Cruise Port. Be welcomed with a ceremonial drum performance and refreshing welcome drink before boarding the Sea Octopus Cruise. Sail through the emerald waters of the UNESCO-listed Ha Long Bay, surrounded by towering limestone formations.

Explore the enchanting Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat (optional), followed by a visit to the spectacular Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most impressive cave in the bay.

Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
