Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Hanoi

Welcome to Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam, where centuries-old architecture blends seamlessly with Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French influences. Upon arrival at Hanoi International Airport, meet your driver and enjoy a comfortable private transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax or explore nearby surroundings on your own.
Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.

Day 2Full-Day Hanoi City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, join a guided city tour to explore Hanoi’s cultural highlights. Visit Quang Phu Cau Incense Village (or Bat Trang Pottery Village with a hands-on pottery experience in case of rain). Enjoy lunch near the famous Railway Street, followed by visits to Hoa Lo Prison, the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (photo stop), and Tran Quoc Pagoda. Conclude the day with a traditional Vietnamese egg coffee experience.

Day 3Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Day Cruise – Hanoi

Begin your day with breakfast before heading to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Board the Sea Octopus Cruise with a traditional welcome ceremony and enjoy a scenic sail through limestone karsts and emerald waters. Explore Luon Cave (optional kayaking or bamboo boat), Sung Sot Cave, and Titop Island. Relish a lavish buffet lunch onboard and enjoy a sunset tea break before returning to Hanoi.

Day 4Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi

After breakfast, proceed to Ninh Binh, known as the “Ha Long Bay on land.” Visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu and explore temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasties. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before a serene boat ride through Tam Coc, passing dramatic karst landscapes and caves. Later, visit Mua Cave for panoramic views before driving back to Hanoi.

Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
