Itinerary

Day 1Cochin to Munnar: Into the Misty Highlands

On arrival in Cochin, enjoy a scenic drive to Munnar surrounded by waterfalls and emerald tea estates. Check in to your handpicked 4 Star hotel or resort and unwind. Later, visit the Tea Museum and take a leisurely walk through tea plantations. Enjoy a refined dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2Munnar Sightseeing: A Day Amidst Nature & Luxury

After breakfast, explore Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Echo Point, and Eravikulam National Park. Return to your hotel by evening to relax in the serene surroundings, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3Munnar to Alleppey: Royal Backwater Experience

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Alleppey. Board a premium houseboat and enjoy freshly prepared meals while cruising through the picturesque backwaters. Relax on the deck as the sunset paints the sky, followed by dinner and a peaceful overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 4Alleppey to Cochin: Sweet Farewell

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
