Day 1Arrival in Amritsar

Arrive in Amritsar, where you will be warmly welcomed and assisted with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take time to relax and unwind after your journey. You may choose to explore the nearby surroundings at leisure or simply enjoy the comfort of your hotel.

Day 2Amritsar to Dalhousie - Scenic Transfer & Local Exploration

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards the picturesque hill town of Dalhousie. Enjoy the scenic drive through winding mountain roads and lush landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Later, explore Dalhousie’s charming local attractions and enjoy a peaceful evening amidst nature.

Day 3Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie

Begin your day with breakfast before heading to the enchanting meadows of Khajjiar, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Spend quality time amidst rolling green pastures, dense forests, and breathtaking views. After soaking in the beauty of Khajjiar, return to Dalhousie and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 4Dalhousie to Dharamshala

After breakfast, check out and drive to Dharamshala, nestled in the lap of the Dhauladhar range. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. The remainder of the day is free to explore the serene surroundings or enjoy the tranquil mountain atmosphere at your own pace.

Day 5Dharamshala to Amritsar

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Amritsar. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you may visit the Wagah Border to witness the patriotic retreat ceremony (subject to time). Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 6Amritsar Sightseeing & Departure

After breakfast, explore Amritsar’s iconic attractions including the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and local bazaars. Later, proceed for departure with cherished memories of a serene and culturally enriching journey.

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
