Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Colombo

On arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Colombo. After check-in, enjoy a relaxed evening exploring the city’s highlights including Gangaramaya Temple, Galle Face Green, and the city’s colonial landmarks. Dinner and overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 2Colombo to Pinnawala to Kandy

After breakfast, proceed to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to witness elephants in their natural surroundings. Continue to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic followed by a brief city tour. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3Kandy to Nuwara Eliya | Tea Country Romance

Post breakfast, depart for the hill country, traveling through misty mountains and lush landscapes. En route, stop at the picturesque Ramboda Waterfalls for memorable photographs. Continue to a tea plantation and factory, where you will experience tea plucking, processing, and tasting. Arrive in Nuwara Eliya, fondly known as “Little England,” and enjoy a charming city tour. Check in to your cozy 4 Star hotel nestled in the cool hills. Dinner and overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4Nuwara Eliya Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit a tea plantation and factory to learn about Sri Lanka’s world-famous tea production. Enjoy a city tour covering Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, and colonial-style buildings. Return to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 5Nuwara Eliya to Mirissa

After breakfast, drive towards the southern coast to Mirissa. Upon arrival, check in to your beachside hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the beach and sunset views with your partner. Overnight stay in Mirissa.

Day 6Mirissa to Hikkaduwa via Galle

Early morning optional whale watching in Mirissa (subject to availability). Later, proceed towards Hikkaduwa, stopping en route at the historic Galle Dutch Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Hikkaduwa and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hikkaduwa.

Day 7Hikkaduwa to Bentota

After breakfast, transfer to Bentota, one of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful beach destinations. Check in to your resort and enjoy a relaxed day by the beach or pool. Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 8Bentota Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic Madhu River boat safari through mangroves and small islands, followed by a visit to the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. Return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 9Bentota to Airport | Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying beautiful memories of Sri Lanka.

Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
