Day 1Arrival in Colombo – A Romantic Start to Sri Lanka

On arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and escorted to your private air-conditioned vehicle. Transfer to your  hotel in Colombo and check in. After some relaxation, enjoy an evening city tour covering iconic attractions such as Gangaramaya Temple, Seema Malakaya, BMICH, and the lively Galle Face Green, where couples can enjoy a calm seaside walk as the sun sets. Optional shopping can be done at popular malls and boutiques. Dinner and overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 2Colombo to Kandy via Pinnawala – Culture & Heritage

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Kandy. En route, visit the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can witness elephants bathing and roaming freely in a natural environment. Continue your scenic drive to Kandy, nestled among lush hills. Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most revered Buddhist shrines in the world. Later, enjoy a relaxed Kandy city tour including viewpoints and local gem shops. Check in to your  hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3Kandy to Nuwara Eliya – Waterfalls & Tea Country Romance

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey to Nuwara Eliya through winding mountain roads and breathtaking scenery. En route, stop at the picturesque Ramboda Falls and visit the Hanuman Temple. Day 4Nuwara Eliya – Colonial Charm & Tea Experiences

After breakfast, start the day with a visit to Seetha Amman Temple followed by a leisurely walk around Gregory Lake, a perfect spot for couples to relax together. Visit a tea plantation and factory to witness the production of world-famous Ceylon tea, along with tea tasting. Day 5Nuwara Eliya to Bentota – From Cool Hills to Sunny Shores

Day 6Bentota – River Safari & Coastal Romance

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning at the resort. In the afternoon, proceed for a scenic Madhu River boat safari, passing through mangroves and small islands rich in biodiversity.   • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
