Itinerary

Day 1Arrive in Chandigarh, Transfer to Shimla

On arrival at Chandigarh, meet our representative and begin a scenic drive to Shimla. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you enter the hills. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing and soaking in the cool mountain atmosphere.

Day 2Shimla to Sarahan via Kufri

After breakfast, proceed towards Sarahan. En route, visit Kufri, known for its panoramic views and charming Himalayan surroundings. Continue the drive through beautiful valleys and forests. Arrive in Sarahan by evening, check in to your hotel, and unwind.

Day 3Sarahan to Chitkul via Sangla

Today, travel to the picturesque village of Chitkul, passing through the scenic Sangla Valley. Enjoy breathtaking views of rivers, apple orchards, and snow-capped peaks along the way. On arrival, check in to your accommodation and relax amidst the serene Himalayan setting.

Day 4Chitkul to Kalpa via Reckong Peo

After breakfast, depart for Kalpa. En route, stop at Reckong Peo Market to explore local shops and experience the region’s culture. Continue towards Kalpa, known for its stunning views of the Kinnaur Kailash range. Check in and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Day 5Kalpa to Narkanda via Shimla

Begin your journey towards Narkanda, driving through Shimla en route. Enjoy the scenic mountain roads and lush landscapes. On arrival in Narkanda, check in to your hotel and relax, taking in the tranquil surroundings of this charming hill town.

Day 6Depart for Chandigarh

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Chandigarh. Carry home wonderful memories of your Himalayan journey filled with scenic beauty, peaceful moments, and unforgettable experiences.

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
