Day 1Arrival in Goa

Upon arrival at Goa Airport, you will be greeted by our courteous driver representative and transferred comfortably to your hotel or resort. After completing the check-in formalities (standard check-in at 2:00 PM), take time to relax and rejuvenate after your journey. The evening is at leisure, perfect for a casual walk along the nearby beach, exploring local markets, or simply unwinding at the property. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2Leisure day at the property

Start your day with a relaxed breakfast and enjoy a full day dedicated to comfort and rejuvenation. You may unwind by the pool, indulge in spa therapies, or simply enjoy the calm ambiance of the property. Guests who wish to step out can explore the nearby beach at their own pace, soaking in the coastal charm. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3Leisure Day – Pure Relaxation

Wake up to a relaxed morning and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. This day is dedicated entirely to relaxation. You may indulge in in-house experiences such as spa therapies, poolside lounging, or a calm walk along the nearby beach at your own pace. Let the slow rhythm of Goa rejuvenate your mind and body. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel as per standard time and proceed for your onward journey. Depart with refreshed senses and pleasant memories of a peaceful and luxurious short escape.

Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
