Day 1Arrival in London

Welcome to London, the dynamic capital of England and the United Kingdom. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly and experienced Tour Manager, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel and ensure a seamless check-in. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey, enjoying the comfort of your accommodation before indulging in a delightful dinner.

Day 2London City Tour, Changing of Guards, Madame Tussauds & Thames Cruise

After breakfast, set out on a guided city tour of London with a local expert. Drive past iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, Hyde Park, and the River Thames. Witness the ceremonial Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace (subject to operation). Later, visit the famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and marvel at lifelike figures of global celebrities. Enjoy breathtaking views from the London Eye, followed by a relaxing Thames River Cruise offering a unique perspective of the city’s most celebrated sights.

Day 3Lord’s Cricket Ground, Tower of London & Oxford Street

  • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
