Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Leh

Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local tour representative and transferred to your hotel. As Leh is located at an altitude of over 11,000 feet, the day is kept easy to help you acclimatise to the high-altitude climate. After some rest, enjoy a leisurely walk through the old town to get your first feel of this charming Himalayan city. In the evening, visit the serene Shanti Stupa, built by Japanese Buddhist monk Gyomyo Nakamura, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding mountains. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, begin exploring Leh’s key attractions. Visit the Hall of Fame Museum, built by the Indian Army in honor of soldiers. Continue to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a revered Sikh shrine, followed by the gravity-defying Magnetic Hill. Proceed to Sangam Point, where the Indus and Zanskar Rivers meet. In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa for panoramic sunset views over Leh town. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, check out and begin a thrilling journey to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the world’s highest motorable passes. Pause at the top to admire breathtaking views of Leh before descending through dramatic mountain landscapes. On arrival in Nubra, visit Diskit village and the iconic Diskit Monastery overlooking the valley. Continue to Hunder to witness the cold desert and spot the famous double-humped camels. Spend the evening at leisure at your camp, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 4Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok

Have an early breakfast today morning and set out for a visit to the famous Pangong Lake via Shyok. Enjoy the spectacular journey with amazing sceneries of snow clad Himalayas. Situated along India/China border, Pangong Lake is an utter delight to eyes with its various water colours seen at a stretch. It is the highest salt-water lake in the world with a height of 4267 metres, 130 kms long and about 6 kms wide. The perfectly clear environment with beautiful sky and surrounding hills add to the magnificence.Have your dinner, spend some more time with nature and enjoy the crystal clear sky views with glittering stars at night. Overnight in Pangong.

Day 5Pangong Lake to Tsomoriri

Wake early to witness a beautiful sunrise over Pangong Lake. After breakfast, begin the adventurous journey towards Tsomoriri Lake, located in the remote Changthang region. This high-altitude drive passes through vast open plains, grazing areas of nomadic Changpa shepherds, and breathtaking landscapes rarely visited by tourists. Upon arrival, check in to your camp near Tsomoriri. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings of this pristine lake, known for its crystal-clear waters and rich birdlife. Overnight stay near Tsomoriri.

Day 6Tsomoriri to Leh via Mahe Bridge

After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Mahe Bridge, following the scenic course of the Indus River. The journey offers expansive views of Ladakh’s rugged mountains and open valleys. Arrive in Leh by evening and check in to your hotel for a relaxing night. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 7Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Ladakh’s majestic landscapes, rich culture, and serene monasteries, marking a truly enriching Himalayan experience.

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
