Itinerary

Day 1Airport to Colombo

Ayubowan! Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our Sri Lanka representative and introduced to your chauffeur guide. Proceed to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital, known for its blend of colonial heritage and modern lifestyle.

Check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a city tour covering Gangaramaya Temple, Seemamalakaya, Nelum Pokuna Theatre, BMICH, and Galle Face Green. Optional shopping visits include ODEL, House of Fashion, and local handicraft showrooms.

Dinner and overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 2Colombo to Pinnawala to Kandy

After breakfast, check out and travel towards Kandy with an en-route visit to the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, home to rescued elephants living in a semi-natural environment. Continue to Kandy and visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important Buddhist shrines in the world. Later, enjoy a guided Kandy city tour and visit local gem shops. Dinner and overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3Kandy to Ramboda to Nuwara Eliya

Post breakfast, check out and proceed to Nuwara Eliya via Ramboda. En route, stop at the scenic Ramboda Waterfalls surrounded by misty hills and lush greenery. Continue your journey to Nuwara Eliya, fondly known as “Little England” for its cool climate and colonial architecture. Check in at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4Nuwara Eliya - Bentota

After breakfast, check out and depart for Bentota (approx. 5.5 hours). Travel through scenic landscapes from the hill country to Sri Lanka’s southern coast.
Upon arrival, check in to your beachside hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing by the beach or hotel facilities.
Dinner and overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 5Bentota

After breakfast, enjoy leisure time at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Madhu River for a scenic boat safari through mangroves and small islands.

Later, visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery to learn about turtle conservation efforts. Return to the hotel for relaxation.

Dinner and overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 6Bentota to Airport

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for departure, carrying unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka.

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
