Itinerary

Day 1Bali Arrival + Transfer to Kuta Hotel

Arrive in the tropical paradise of Bali and receive a warm welcome at the airport. Enjoy a smooth transfer to your hotel, check in, and relax after your journey. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2Benoa Beach Watersports & Uluwatu Sunset

After breakfast, head to Benoa Beach for an exciting round of watersports including jet ski, banana boat, and parasailing. Later, visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple perched on a dramatic cliff and enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the Indian Ocean. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3Transfer to Gili Island

After breakfast, check out and proceed to the harbor for a fast boat transfer to the beautiful Gili Islands. On arrival, enjoy a traditional Cidomo cart ride to your hotel. Check in and relax, soaking in the laid-back island vibes.

Day 4Leisure Day in Gili

Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore Gili at your own pace. Relax on pristine beaches, enjoy snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, or explore the island by bicycle.

Day 5Return to Bali

After breakfast, check out and return to Bali by fast boat. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring nearby areas.

Day 6River Rafting, Bali Swing & Ubud Market

After breakfast, enjoy an adventurous day with thrilling river rafting through lush tropical landscapes. Experience the iconic Bali Swing for stunning views and photo moments, followed by shopping at the vibrant Ubud Market. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of your Bali–Gili escape.

  • All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
  • Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
  • Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
  • All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
  • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
