Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Port Blair – Ferry to Havelock Island & Radhanagar Beach

Arrive at Port Blair by morning or afternoon flight, where our representative will welcome you with a personalized placard. Proceed to the jetty to board the ferry to Havelock Island, one of the most beautiful and highly rated islands in India. Upon arrival, you will be assisted and transferred to your beachside resort for some relaxation. Later, visit the world-famous Radhanagar Beach, renowned for its pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters. After enjoying the serene surroundings, return to your resort for a peaceful overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Note: Carry extra clothes if you wish to enjoy the water at Radhanagar Beach.

Day 2Havelock Island – Elephant Beach Excursion & Snorkeling

After breakfast, proceed by boat to Elephant Beach, a scenic 45-minute ride across turquoise waters. Enjoy complimentary snorkeling and explore vibrant coral reefs and colorful marine life, making it a paradise for underwater lovers. Guests are advised to carry snacks, drinking water, and a change of clothes for this excursion. After the beach experience, return to your resort and relax. Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 3Havelock Island – Kalapathar Beach – Return to Port Blair

After breakfast, check out and proceed by road to the serene Kalapathar Beach, known for its striking black rocks and tranquil shoreline. Later, board the ferry back to Port Blair. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4Departure from Port Blair

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of the Andaman Islands.

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
