Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and begin your Kashmir journey with a scenic city drive. Visit the beautiful Mughal Gardens, Hazratbal Shrine, Shankaracharya Temple, and Pari Mahal before returning to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2Excursion to Gulmarg

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to one of Kashmir’s most scenic destinations. Experience the snow-clad meadows of Gulmarg with Gondola ride, or explore the peaceful landscapes of Doodhpathri or Yusmarg. Return to Srinagar by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3Srinagar to Pahalgam – Valley Drive

Travel through lush countryside and scenic towns en route to Pahalgam, following the Lidder River. Check in at the hotel and enjoy leisure time or explore nearby valleys like Betaab, Aru, and Chandanwari (at own cost). Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 4Pahalgam to Srinagar – Leisure Day

After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure—relax, explore local markets, or soak in the serene beauty of Dal Lake.

Day 5Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport as per your flight schedule, carrying unforgettable memories of Kashmir.

  • All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
  • Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
  • Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
  • All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
  • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
