Day 1Arrival in Hanoi – City Highlights Tour (Private Transfer | English Guide)

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s vibrant capital, where centuries-old traditions meet elegant French colonial influences. Upon arrival at the airport, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel.
Check-in time: 02:00 PM

In the afternoon, begin your guided city tour with a visit to historic Ba Dinh Square and an outside view of the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Continue to the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and regarded as Vietnam’s first university. Later, head to the lively Hanoi Old Quarter to see the King Ly Thai To Statue and the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the famous 36 ancient merchant streets, experiencing local life, culture, and shopping.
Conclude the day with the traditional Water Puppet Show, a unique northern Vietnamese folk art combining music, storytelling, and skillfully controlled wooden puppets.

Day 2Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Day Cruise – Hanoi (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC Tour | English Guide)

After breakfast, depart for Ha Long International Cruise Port.
10:00 AM: Warm welcome and express check-in for smooth boarding.
10:30 AM: Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as you admire the dramatic limestone formations rising from the emerald waters of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
11:15 AM: Indulge in a delicious lunch at the elegant 5-star Leona Cruise restaurant while cruising through thousands of majestic karsts.
12:15 PM: Explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most impressive cave in the bay, adorned with stunning stalactites and stalagmites.
1:30 PM: Discover Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, passing through a unique stone arch surrounded by tranquil scenery and ancient rock formations. (Kayaking included)

Upon arrival, meet your English-speaking guide and driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Later, visit Cam Thanh Village, where you will enjoy a fun and authentic basket boat ride through peaceful coconut waterways.
In the evening, proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town for a guided walking tour. Explore the colorful local market, Tan Ky Old House, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, over 400 years old. Learn about traditional silk production and Hoi An’s rich trading history from the 16th to 18th centuries.

Day 4Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge Tour (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC Tour | English Guide)

After breakfast, meet your guide and depart for Ba Na Hills.
Enjoy a scenic ride on the world-famous cable car, holder of multiple world records, offering breathtaking views of forests, waterfalls, and misty mountains.
Arrive at the hill station and visit highlights including the historic Debay Wine Cellar (entrance at own cost), the beautiful Le Jardin d’Amour Flower Garden, and the iconic Golden Bridge (Hands of God) — a must-see attraction for photos.
Continue to Linh Ung Pagoda, home to one of Vietnam’s tallest Buddha statues.

Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
