Itinerary

Day 1Into the Misty Hills – Cochin to Munnar

Morning pickup from Cochin Airport or Railway Station and drive towards the serene hill station of Munnar (approx. 4–5 hours). En route, enjoy scenic stops at waterfalls, tea plantations, and lush green viewpoints. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, visit the Tea Museum to learn about Kerala’s tea legacy, followed by a peaceful walk through tea gardens. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2Nature at Its Best – Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Mattupetty Dam for boating amidst hills, explore Kundala Lake, and experience the natural sound magic at Echo Point. Later, visit Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai), home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and stunning views of Anamudi Peak, South India’s highest mountain (subject to time and entry availability). Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3From Tea Gardens to Wildlife – Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (approx. 3 hours). On arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy lunch. Later, experience a boat safari at Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may spot elephants and other wildlife along the lake. Visit nearby spice plantations to explore Kerala’s rich aroma and flavors. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 4Backwater Bliss – Thekkady to Alleppey

Post breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey, the land of serene backwaters (approx. 4 hours). Board your traditional houseboat and enjoy a relaxing cruise through coconut-lined canals, village life, and lush landscapes. Savor freshly prepared meals on board and witness a breathtaking sunset from the deck. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 5From Backwaters to Beaches – Alleppey to Kovalam

Enjoy breakfast on the houseboat before disembarking. Drive to Kovalam (approx. 4.5 hours), Kerala’s famous beach destination. Check in to your hotel and relax. Spend the evening at Kovalam Beach, enjoying the sea breeze and optional water sports. Dinner at a beachside restaurant and overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 6Leisure & Relaxation in Kovalam

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely day exploring Lighthouse Beach, Vizhinjam Lighthouse, or nearby attractions. You may opt for Ayurvedic spa treatments, water activities, or an excursion to Poovar Island. Dinner and overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 7Departure – Kovalam to Trivandrum

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Kerala.

Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
