Day 1Welcome to Kuala Lumpur & Half-Day City Tour

Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and meet your representative for a private transfer to the hotel. After check-in and some refreshment, proceed for a half-day city tour of Kuala Lumpur. Visit key highlights such as the Petronas Twin Towers (photo stop), Independence Square, National Mosque, and other prominent city landmarks. Get a glimpse of the city’s modern skyline blended with rich cultural heritage.

Day 2Genting Highlands Excursion with Batu Caves & Cable Car Ride

After breakfast, depart for a scenic journey to Genting Highlands, a popular hill resort nestled amidst lush rainforests. En route, stop at the famous Batu Caves, known for its impressive limestone formations and iconic Murugan statue. Enjoy a stunning sunset over the tranquil Andaman Sea while savoring a delicious dinner aboard a yacht. With a set meal and refreshing drinks, cool off in the water as you cruise. Keep an eye out for spinner dolphins and flying fish during the journey. Day 4Langkawi City Tour with Cable Car Sky Bridge Combo & Underwater World

Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
