Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Cochin & Journey to the Hills of Munnar

Your romantic Kerala journey begins with a warm pickup from Cochin (Kochi). Enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 4–5 hours to the lush hill station of Munnar, passing through misty mountains, cascading waterfalls, and endless tea plantations. En route, stop at picturesque viewpoints to capture beautiful memories. Upon arrival, check in to your 3 Star hotel. After some relaxation, visit the Tea Museum to discover Munnar’s rich tea heritage, followed by a peaceful walk through the green tea gardens. End the day with a delightful dinner and a cozy overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2Munnar Sightseeing – Lakes, Peaks & Natural Wonders

After breakfast, set out to explore the enchanting beauty of Munnar. Visit Mattupetty Dam, where you can enjoy boating amidst serene hills, followed by a visit to the tranquil Kundala Lake. Experience the fun of Echo Point, where your voice echoes through the valleys. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to Rajamalai in Eravikulam National Park, home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and breathtaking landscapes. If time allows, admire views of Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3Wildlife & Spices – Munnar to Thekkady

Post breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady, known for wildlife and spice plantations. After check-in, enjoy a boat safari at Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may spot elephants and other wildlife along the lake. Later, explore fragrant spice plantations. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 4Backwater Paradise – Thekkady to Alleppey

After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey, the Venice of the East. Board your traditional houseboat and enjoy a relaxing cruise through serene backwaters, coconut groves, and village life. Relish freshly prepared meals on board and witness a magical sunset. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 5Alleppey to Kovalam – Beachside Bliss

Wake up to a peaceful morning on the backwaters and enjoy breakfast before disembarking from the houseboat. Proceed towards Kovalam, a charming coastal town famous for its crescent-shaped beaches. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Spend the afternoon relaxing at Kovalam Beach or enjoying optional water sports. In the evening, dine at a beachside restaurant while enjoying the sea breeze. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 6Kovalam Sightseeing & Trivandrum Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and explore local attractions such as Lighthouse Beach and the Vizhinjam Marine Aquarium. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before being dropped off at Trivandrum Airport or railway station for your onward journey, carrying beautiful memories of your romantic Kerala esc

Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
