Itinerary

Day 1Cochin to Munnar – Scenic Drive & Tea Gardens

Start your journey with a morning pickup from Cochin (Kochi) by private car or bus. Enjoy the scenic drive to Munnar, which takes around 4–5 hours, with stops at viewpoints to admire the rolling tea plantations, cascading waterfalls, and lush greenery. Upon arrival, check in to your 4 star hotel or resort and take some time to relax and freshen up. In the afternoon, explore the fascinating Tea Museum to learn about the history and production of tea in the region. Take a leisurely stroll through the tea gardens, soak in the serene surroundings, and return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2Exploring the Beauty of Munnar

After breakfast, head out for a full-day sightseeing tour. Visit Mattupetty Dam for boating, explore Kundala Lake, and experience the natural echo at Echo Point. Later, visit Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and offering stunning views of Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3Wildlife & Spices – Munnar to Thekkady

Post breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady, known for wildlife and spice plantations. After check-in, enjoy a boat safari at Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may spot elephants and other wildlife along the lake. Later, explore fragrant spice plantations. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 4Backwater Paradise – Thekkady to Alleppey

After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey, the Venice of the East. Board your traditional houseboat and enjoy a relaxing cruise through serene backwaters, coconut groves, and village life. Relish freshly prepared meals on board and witness a magical sunset. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 5Alleppey to Kovalam – Beachside Relaxation

Enjoy breakfast on the houseboat before disembarking. Drive to Kovalam, Kerala’s famous beach destination. Check in to your hotel and spend the evening relaxing on Kovalam Beach or enjoying optional water sports. Dinner at a beachside restaurant and overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 6Leisure & Relaxation in Kovalam

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely day exploring Lighthouse Beach, Vizhinjam Lighthouse, or nearby attractions. You may opt for Ayurvedic spa treatments, water activities, or an excursion to Poovar Island. Dinner and overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 7Departure – Kovalam to Trivandrum

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Kerala.

Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
