Itinerary

Day 1Welcome to Kenya – Journey to the Legendary Masai Mara

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will meet our representative and begin your scenic drive to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5 hours). After check-in and lunch at your lodge, enjoy an evening game drive in one of Africa’s richest wildlife destinations, home to the Big Five and the spectacular Great Migration (seasonal). Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2Into the Wild – Full-Day Safari Adventure

Spend the day exploring the breathtaking plains of Maasai Mara National Reserve with extended game drives and a packed picnic lunch. Witness incredible wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and cheetahs in their natural habitat. Every drive brings new surprises and unforgettable photo opportunities before returning to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3The Great Migration & Big Five Experience

Today offers another immersive safari experience across the vast savannah. The Mara is home to the famous Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo — and depending on the season, you may witness the spectacular Great Migration. Optional experiences such as a hot air balloon safari or a Maasai village visit can add a special cultural touch to your adventure.

Day 4Untamed Africa – Exploring the Endless Plains

Enjoy your final full day in the Mara discovering new corners of the reserve. From hippos resting along riverbanks to cheetahs sprinting across the open grasslands, the wilderness unfolds in its purest form. As the sun sets over the golden plains, return to the lodge for a relaxing evening and your last night surrounded by the sounds of the African wild.

Day 5Scenic Return to Nairobi – Farewell to the Wild

After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi, enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley en route. Upon arrival, you may have time for lunch or last-minute shopping (own cost) before transfer to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable Kenyan safari.

Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
