Day 1Arrival in Johannesburg – Welcome to South Africa

Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our local representative and assisted with a smooth transfer to your hotel. After completing check-in formalities, take time to relax and recover from your journey. Enjoy a calm evening at leisure as you prepare for the exciting adventure ahead. Overnight stay in Johannesburg.

Day 2Johannesburg – Excursion to Sun City & Monte Casino

After breakfast, set out for a full-day excursion to the world-famous Sun City Resort. Surrounded by lush landscapes, the resort offers entertainment, leisure activities, casinos, and the iconic Valley of Waves. After an exciting day, return to Johannesburg and visit Monte Casino in the evening—a vibrant hub known for its lively atmosphere, dining options, games, and entertainment. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3Cradle of Humankind, Sterkfontein Caves & Sandton

Begin the day with a visit to the Cradle of Humankind, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the Maropeng Visitor Centre to learn about human evolution, followed by a guided tour of the historic Sterkfontein Caves. Day 6Johannesburg to Cape Town – Flight Transfer

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cape Town. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and complete check-in. In the evening, visit the lively V&A Waterfront, known for its waterfront views, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Overnight stay in Cape Town.

Day 7Cape Town – Hout Bay Seal Island & Table Mountain

This morning, travel to Hout Bay for a scenic boat cruise to Seal Island (weather permitting), where you can spot playful Cape fur seals. Later, enjoy a half-day tour to the iconic Table Mountain via cable car (subject to weather), offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Return to the hotel in the evening to relax.

Day 8Cape Peninsula & Cape Point Tour

Set out on a spectacular full-day Cape Peninsula Tour, driving along scenic coastal routes. Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
