Itinerary

Day 1Hanoi Arrival – City Tour (Private Transfer)

Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, known for its centuries-old architecture and rich cultural blend of Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French influences. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Check-in time: 02:00 PM

In the afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square and view the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from outside. Continue to the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and considered Vietnam’s first university. Later, proceed to Hanoi Old Town to see the King Ly Thai To Statue and Hoan Kiem Lake, followed by a leisurely walk through the Old Quarter with its 36 traditional merchant streets, offering a glimpse into local life and shopping opportunities.
In the evening, enjoy the famous Water Puppet Show, a traditional folk art from northern Vietnam.
Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Ninh Binh, located approximately 90 km from Hanoi. Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and explore the temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasties.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat trip at Tam Coc, admiring stunning limestone karst landscapes and mysterious caves. Visit Mua Cave for panoramic views of the countryside.
Later, return to Hanoi.

Day 3Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Overnight Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) (SIC)

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
Transfer to Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh Province (approx. 160 km). Upon arrival, board your cruise to explore the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay.
Lunch on board while cruising through emerald waters dotted with limestone karsts.
In the afternoon, explore caves, enjoy swimming, and relax while watching the sunset from the cruise deck (activities subject to weather conditions).

In the afternoon, visit Cam Thanh Village for a traditional basket boat ride.
Later, proceed to Hoi An for a walking tour of the ancient town. Visit the colorful local market, Tan Ky Old House, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Learn about local silk production and the town’s historical importance as a trading port.

Day 6Ba Na Hills Tour (Breakfast & Lunch) (SIC)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Dragon Bridge before driving to Ba Na Hills (approximately 30 km from Da Nang). Take the cable car, holder of multiple world records, to the hill station. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda, Orchid Garden, Le Jardin d’Amour, and the iconic Golden Bridge.
Lunch at a restaurant in Ba Na Hills.
In the afternoon, enjoy attractions at Fantasy Park.
Return to Da Nang.

Day 7Da Nang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City – Half-Day City Tour (Breakfast) (Private Transfer)

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, visit the Reunification Palace, followed by the nearby Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral. Conclude the tour with shopping at Ben Thanh Market.

Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
