Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Cape Town

Upon arrival in Cape Town, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to your pre-booked hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, take some time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely visit to the vibrant V&A Waterfront, perfect for dining, shopping, and soaking in the coastal atmosphere.

Day 2Hout Bay, Table Mountain & City Tour

After breakfast, proceed to Hout Bay for a scenic boat cruise to Seal Island. Later, enjoy a half-day Table Mountain tour, ascending by cable car for breathtaking panoramic views (weather permitting). Continue with a city tour by hop-on hop-off bus, exploring Cape Town’s highlights before returning to the hotel for rest.

Day 3Cape Peninsula Scenic Drive

This morning, embark on a spectacular drive along Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most scenic coastal routes. Visit Cape Point and the iconic Cape of Good Hope. Continue to Boulders Beach to see the famous African penguin colony up close. Return to the hotel by evening and relax.

Day 4Aquila Private Game Reserve Safari

After an early start, travel to Aquila Private Game Reserve, located approximately two hours from Cape Town. Enjoy a full-day safari experience with the opportunity to spot wildlife in a natural setting. After an exciting day, return to Cape Town in the evening.

Day 5Stellenbosch Wine Experience

After breakfast, visit the picturesque town of Stellenbosch, renowned for its vineyards and Cape Dutch architecture. Enjoy a wine tasting experience at a local estate and soak in the relaxed countryside charm before returning to your hotel.

Day 6Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your onward journey, carrying beautiful memories of South Africa’s landscapes, wildlife, and rich experiences.

Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
