Passport: Original passport valid for 3 months with 2 blank pages.Old passport if any

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 Recent Passport size photo of (35x40 mm).Without border. (Chin, nose, eyes, ears and eyebrows must not be covered).semi matte finish with 80% of Face coverage.

Cover Letter: From the applicant on the Plain paper stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant.

Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from Invitee counterpart stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and with the detail of expenses taken care by invitee, Passport copy of the invitee. If the invitee is not a citizen, a copy of valid residence permit is needed.

Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary

Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 2 years

If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company

Invitee Documents : ID Copy of Invitee.Passport Copy.Invitee Residence proof.

Introduction Letter: Original letter has to be on a business letterhead from the employer/company. The letter has to be signed and stamped by HR or directorate mentioning your position and the duration of your service. No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States along with the dates and purpose of the trip.

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
