A valid passport (including previous passports) with a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date is required. Additionally, the passport must have at least two blank pages and should be free from any tears, rips, splits, or damages.
The visa application form must be accurately completed and signed by the applicant, including their direct contact number.
Three recent photographs are needed (35 mm wide by 45 mm high) with 80% face coverage, a matte finish, and a white background. One photograph should be affixed to the visa application form and signed across in such a way that half of the signature is on the form and half on the photo.
A covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission is required. For self-employed individuals (on company letterhead indicating name and designation) or employees (on company letterhead specifying the designation), a covering letter is necessary. If the covering letter is on plain paper, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the company stating the designation is required.
A confirmed round trip travel itinerary (ticket) is mandatory.
Proof of accommodation for the entire trip, such as a hotel voucher or accommodation confirmation, is needed.
For employed applicants, an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) or leave letter from the current employer is required. For self-employed applicants, a request letter on the company's letterhead with active telephone numbers, or salary slips of the last 3 months and a salary account statement of the last 6 months are necessary.
A bank statement should show a balance of INR 80,000/- per person. It must be from a savings bank account for the last 6 months. Insufficient funds or irrelevant expenditures shown in the bank statement could result in visa rejection. Professional visa consultation is advised.
Applicants must be fully vaccinated with WHO EUL vaccines at least two weeks before arrival in Singapore. Children aged 12 years or below are exempt from COVID-19 border measures. Children aged 13 years or above may enter Singapore without testing or quarantine if they have received the minimum WHO-EUL vaccine dosage (Covaxin or Covishield) at least 2 weeks before arrival and can provide proof of vaccination.
Providing personal mobile number, email ID, and annual income details is mandatory.
Accommodation details including the name, address, phone number, and email ID of the hotel are mandatory.
If the applicant is being invited, an invitation from the Inviter/Sponsor with their name, address, and contact details, along with a copy of their FIN CARD on plain paper or a V39A FORM, is required.
